Hi, my name is Nadeem Khan and I like to consider myself to be a bit of a health and fitness enthusiast. I have completed online diplomas in Health and Fitness, Sport and Exercise Nutrition, Personal Nutrition and Weight Loss (CPD accreditation).
I have been interested in health and fitness for a few years now. In the past I have been a member football and kickboxing clubs and have enjoyed both swimming and cycling. However recently, I have been more involved in running. To date, I have run 8 half marathons in Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea and Newport with a personal best of 01:44:52. I have also run various 5k and 10k races around Cardiff in addition to a 10k Survivial of the Fittest event. I practice Yoga 4-5 times a week and am a big fan of high intensity interval training (HIIT).
Later this year I will be completing my first ever full marathon in my home town of Cardiff.
